Returns & Cancellations

  1. Order Placed but not delivered: As a general rule you shall be entitled to cancel your order after the order has been placed, but not delivered and you have received confirmation of the same. Cancellation of order can be done for Cash on Delivery as well as Online Payment orders within 36 hours of placing the order. Post 36 hours of placing the order, there shall be no option of a cancellation, but the customer can opt for a return or refund once the products have been delivered.

  2. Order Cancelled by Nature’s Spice: Nature’s Spice has the right to cancel order in such case full refund will be done from the website to the customer’s account used while placing the order. However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

  3. We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:

  • in the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us;

  • failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;

  • failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or

  • unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or

  • unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or

  1. General Rules for Return of Products are:

  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it in case you are not satisfied with the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

    1. You shall be entitled to a refund only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

  • your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;

  • us cancelling your order due to
    (A) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones;
    (B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
    (C) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or

  • you cancelling the order after post placing the order and making an online payment of the order.

    1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.

    1. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding. All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 5-7 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
